when m FATIQUE i do used COFFEE u know why??

Fatigue is due to a total loss of physical & mental energy.
When m want to increase mine energy level then the 1st thing m do is prepared myselves a strong cup of COFFEE with a good measure of sugar.Its true that our energy rapidly increase due to the fact that coffee stimulates the central nervous system, which in turn orders the Suprarenal glands to secrete a doss of adrenaline. This causes the heart to beat faster & carry more oxygen to the different body tissues.In every cell there is a components called the mitochondria responsible for combining glucose with oxygen & thus producing enery carbon Dioxide & water.
The result of drinking coffee with redefined sugar will produce energy almost instantly & cause me to full that my fatique quickly disappears.
